NEW DELHI: Two police personnel had been discovered useless with gunshot wounds in J&Ok’s Udhampur district early Sunday, in what authorities suspect to be a case of fratricide, as officers mentioned.

Preliminary investigation reveals that it’s a case of fratricide and suicide. Senior law enforcement officials have reached the spot and investigation is beneath manner,” the assertion learn.
SSP Udhampur Amod Ashok Nagpure, talking to ANI, confirmed the small print, mentioning that the personnel had been travelling from Sopore to the coaching middle in Talwara. “The incident occurred at 6.30am, they had been going from Sopore in the direction of the coaching centre in Talwara. Law enforcement officials have reached the spot and as per preliminary investigation, it has been established that an AK-47 rifle was used,” Nagpure mentioned.
He added, “Two Police personnel have died and a 3rd police personnel is protected. They are going to be taken to GMC Udhampur for postmortem and different procedures.”
